A heart-wrenching incident has occurred in Pimpri-Chinchwad, where Police Sub-Inspector (PSI) Jitendra Girnar lost his life in a tragic accident. This unfortunate event took place while Girnar was returning home after completing his night shift duties on New Year’s Eve.

According to reports, Girnar was patrolling the Chakan MIDC area to ensure a safe and incident-free celebration of the new year. While driving back home, a container suddenly swerved into his lane, resulting in a severe collision that claimed Girnar’s life.

Girnar was previously stationed at the Wakad Police Station before being transferred to the Mahalunge Police Station. His untimely demise has sent shockwaves through the police department, leaving his family and colleagues in a state of grief.
