NCP Chief Sharad Pawar Pays Heartfelt Condolence Visit to Shitole Family
In a touching display of solidarity, Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) chief Sharad Pawar recently visited the family of late Nanasaheb Shitole, former mayor of Pimpri-Chinchwad. Pawar shared fond memories of his long-standing friendship with the Shitole family, dating back to his college days.
During the visit, Pawar inquired about the health of Nanasaheb’s wife, Anita, and reminisced about attending Nanasaheb’s wedding in Sakri, Dhule district. He also asked about the current residents of Nanasaheb’s ancestral home in Kasba.
Pawar took a stroll down memory lane, inquiring about the ‘Java’ motorcycle he used during his first election campaign. The motorcycle, now an antique piece, is still preserved by the Shitole family.
Pawar’s heartfelt visit showcased his commitment to nurturing old friendships and relationships, even amidst the hustle and bustle of election campaigns.
