A prostitution racket operating under the guise of a spa center was busted by the Pune Police in the Baner area. The spa center, named Moon Thai Spa, was located in the Murkute (Patil) complex on Baner Road.

According to the police, the spa center was being used as a front for prostitution. The police received a tip-off about the illegal activities being carried out at the spa center and conducted a raid. During the raid, the police found that the spa center was being used for prostitution and that the manager, Satouddin Mohammed Dilwar Husain, was involved in the racket.

The police have arrested Husain and booked him under the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act (PITA) and the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The police have also rescued several women who were being forced into prostitution at the spa center.

The investigation is being carried out by Senior Inspector Mahesh Balkotgi of the Baner Police Station. The police are also investigating how the spa center was able to operate illegally for so long.
