Machete Attack in Pune: 2 College Students Injured in Clash Over Girls
A shocking incident occurred in Pune, where a group of youth assaulted two college students with a machete in the premises of Abasaheb Garware college. The incident took place in front of Central Mall on Wednesday morning.
According to the police, the two 22-year-old college students were standing near Central Mall when a group of 7-8 people attacked them with a machete. The victims were injured in the attack and are currently undergoing treatment at a hospital.
The police stated that the incident occurred due to a dispute between two groups of students over talking to girls. The police have started investigating the case and will soon register a complaint.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Sandeep Gill and Senior Police Inspector of Deccan Police Station Girish Nimalkar visited the hospital to meet the injured students. The police are taking this incident seriously and will take action against those responsible.
