Youth Beaten to Death over petrol theft suspicion in Narhe
A shocking incident occurred in Pune’s Narhe area, where a 20-year-old man, Samarth Netaji Bhagat, was brutally beaten up by a group of men, including a former deputy sarpanch, Sushant Kute. The incident took place on November 25 when Bhagat’s motorcycle ran out of petrol, and he was siphoning fuel from another vehicle.
The accused, including Kute’s brother Gaurav, and their friends Ajinkya Chandrakant Gandhle and Rahul Somnath Lohar, allegedly attacked Bhagat, leaving him severely injured. Bhagat was rushed to the hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Bhagat’s father, Netaji Sopan Bhagat, filed a complaint with the Singhad Road police station, naming the four accused. A case has been registered against them, and the police have obtained a video of the incident, which shows the accused brutally beating up Bhagat. Sushant Kute is currently on the run.
This incident has raised concerns about the safety and security of citizens in the area, and the police are under pressure to take swift action against the accused.
