Dr. Sudhakar Pathare, a dedicated IPS officer serving in Mumbai Police’s Port Zone, tragically lost his life in a car accident in Telangana’s Srisailam. Pathare, a 2011-batch officer, was traveling with his brother to visit the Jyotirlinga temple when their car collided with a bus, resulting in instant deaths.

Dr. Pathare served as Deputy Superintendent of Police in Pandharpur, Akkalkot, Kolhapur, and Rajura. He worked as Additional Superintendent of Police in Chandrapur and Vasai and held the position of Superintendent of Police in CID, Amravati. He also served as Deputy Commissioner of Police in Mumbai, Thane, Pune, and Navi Mumbai.
