Pune’s Yerwada area witnessed a shocking incident of public misconduct, where a drunken youth, Gaurav Manoj Ahuja (25), urinated at a traffic junction while making obscene gestures. His accomplice, Bhagyesh Prakash Oswal (25), was also involved in the case.

Both Ahuja and Oswal have been arrested and a case has been registered against them at the Yerwada police station under various sections of the Indian Penal Code, Maharashtra Police Act, Motor Vehicle Act, and Prohibition Act.

On Monday, March 10, the police conducted a spot investigation at the location, accompanied by the accused. A thorough investigation is underway, and the police have vowed to take strict action against the accused.

Ahuja had earlier released a video apologizing for his actions, stating that he was wrong to engage in public misconduct and promising not to repeat the behavior.
