PUNE: Hotel Owners Booked for Violating Discotheque Norms

The Pune police have booked the owners of Hotel Bacchus Diner Club for violating norms by operating a discotheque without a valid license.

According to the police, the hotel’s discotheque license had expired, but they continued to operate it without renewing the license. The police seized the sound system and registered a case against the hotel owners.

The Bundgarden police have registered a case against Kapil Phulse, Anuj Vinodkumar Agarwal, and Jatin Rajpal under relevant sections of the law.

The police action comes after a raid was conducted at the hotel on January 19, where it was found that the hotel was operating the discotheque without a valid license.
