A shocking revelation has emerged in the Beed murder and extortion case, with CCTV footage confirming that accused Valmik Karad and others fled to Pune from Beed using three luxurious cars. The footage shows the cars, which were used to transport the accused, passing through the Solapur-Dhule national highway on the night of December 30.

According to reports, the accused stopped at a hotel in Manjarsumba, Beed, for dinner and also refueled their vehicles at a petrol pump. The same cars were spotted passing through the Pargaon toll booth in Dhule district at 1:36 am.

Investigations suggest that the accused used these luxurious cars to escape and may have received help from others to evade arrest. Notably, the car in which Valmik Karad surrendered to the CID in Pashan was part of the same convoy.

The police are currently investigating the role of the car owners and others who may have aided the accused in their escape.
